Founder Lori DeBacco has enjoyed many years working and dining in fine restaurants. She enjoys creating an experience and making dinner and cocktail hours special events.

“I started Olive & Twist 216 in March 2020 when restaurants, as we knew them, ceased to exist. I wanted to give people a beautiful restaurant experience in the safety of their own environment. I am lucky enough to have made many connections in the culinary and mixology industry, and I was able to allow those connections to continue working and doing what they love during the shutdown. We continue to bring our love of a perfect party to you.”
